Hi, I’m Nataliia, massage therapist with over 15 years of experience in both high-level athletics, as both athlete and coach, and therapeutic health. I recently arrived from Ukraine and I’m building a new life in Switzerland.
My journey into health began at university where I obtained an undergraduate degree from the National University of Physical Culture and Sports. I went on to become a member of the Ukrainian Olympic team competing nationally and internationally in pole vault. When my career as an athlete came to an end, I transferred my skills to coaching and spent eight years working closely with the national team.
During this time, I discovered the relevance of therapeutics in enhancing performance and, in 2013 began my practice of rehabilitation through massage and manual neuromuscular relaxation.
